What you will need for your clinic visit
- Photo ID
- Care card
- All medications/or a list including any blood thinners.
- Copies of X-ray, CT, and/or MRI reports
- An English speaking translator if you do not speak English.
- If your injury or pain is due to a WorkSafe or an ICBC accident AND you have an ACTIVE CLAIM, please bring all the necessary details (claim number, lawyer information, etc.)

- Payment Methods Accepted: Cash only (We currently do not have a debit/credit machine). We do not accept personal cheques.
