Payment Methods Accepted: Cash only (We currently do not have a debit/credit machine). We do not accept personal cheques.Late Cancellation
If you cannot make your appointment you must give at least a 48 hour notice or you will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee of $60.00.No Show
If the appointment is missed without a valid reason, you will be charged a No Show Fee of $150.00.*Most consultations are covered by MSP. However, if treatment is required, the medication is not covered by MSP can be purchased in our office or a pharmacy. Some patients may be able to recover these fees from their extended health coverage or approved claims with Worksafe BC, ICBC or other insurers. With extended health care claims, patients will pay Rapid Access Pain Clinic directly, then recover payment from his or her insurers.
